Tut-tut, it looks like rain...For those of you who live in rainy cities I have found the perfect umbrella for those heavy Spring showers; The bubble umbrella. Please refrain from purchasing these retro umbrellas from modern retailers. I find the newer ones to be cheap and far too cutesy. I found mine at a local LA thrift store for $3, and have seen numerous originals on ebay for no more than $20. If you absolutely can not find an original I recommend one from Urban Outfitters. At least theirs is of a basic design and semi-decent quality. They can be purchased in 4 different colors on UrbanOutfitters.com, but only invest in the white one (as shown above). The other colors are tacky.
