marcus LOVES: a day off pt.2

Oozing with stylish hipsters, italian motorbikes and old volvo station wagons, Echo Park is budding with new cafes, bookstores and pop-up clothing boutiques. After grabbing a fish taco from a street vendor, praying that I wouldn't get food poisoning, I strolled around it's eclectic 6 blocks on Sunset Blvd. and stumbled across a new bookstore called Stories. Exposed brick walls, free wireless, random cute gift items and an organic cafe with vegetarian friendly options were only a few of the many things this cool shop has to offer. So hop in your car and head to the East side! Don't forget to put on your Ray Bans, skinniest stove pipes, ragged vintage tee, beat up loafers and slept-in hair; I wouldn't want you to feel out of place.
